The view from the room was peaceful, overlooking the river, and the breakfast had a decent selection. However, the room cleanliness could have been better, with some areas needing attention, and the dining area was quite crowded. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not without its quirks.

The view from our river-facing room was pretty nice, if the trees were trimmed more it would be stellar. We also enjoyed the nice warm outdoor pool, looks recent but hopefully it's kept clean.

For a mini suite at that price-point, I was expecting more than just a decent view.

I loved enjoying the gorgeous view of the Deschutes River just a stone's throw away and took full advantage of the close proximity to the Bend River Promenade for scenic walks, making my stay truly delightful.

Loved the fishing opportunities and the laundry facilities! The large room we stayed in had a fantastic river view.
